The apartments are all equally luxurious and cost of your membership is simply determined by what kind of "period” you choose.

The Club Patara complex has over hundred 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Each has bathrooms and is fully furnished –with beautifully fitted kitchens to give you the option of self-catering.

What ‘s more, as a Club Member, you enjoy all the privileges and access to facilities as those enjoyed by hotel guests at Patara Prince Hotel & Resort.

Legal assurance : The time-period title deeds of Club Patara Houses are provided as periodic title deed of each independent section as Per the weekly free hold Act. No. 3227 issued in connection with the Condominium Act. No. 634. As for package weekly free hold of six weeks which you will purchase from red, yellow and green periods, the title deeds of each three periods will be given as the same.

General Expenses : The dwelling site expenditures are determined according to shares and at a rate of 1/24 there of. It is paid within the first month of each year. Management is carried out upon approval of the operation project by the committee of flat owners assembling every year.

Service Fee : The fee for services like house-cleaning, towel and sheet change twice a week and for utilities like all the social facilities (registered in the title deed as easement shall be paid within the first month of each year.
