This applies to the property. So any owner
or guest has a right to use all the facilities
of Patara Prince Resort (PPR) with 25% discount
from all restaurants and bars.

| Cleaning and Housekeeping Charges |
| Site Maintenance Charge.
Are set annually according to the Management
Budget and with approval of City Council
of Club Patara House Ownership Committee. PPR will rent out you properties at the
advertised FIT rates and will charge 25%
commission for marketing and full housekeeping
service. Private Housekeeping is available
on request at the rates below.

CHARGES |
Full House Keeping.
Means
full cleaning of the property and
dressing with fresh soaps, towels
and bed linen. Owner’s linen/towels
will be cleaned. This will be undertaken
for check in and once during a week |
